I used to live right across from the tattoo parlor in this video. This guy was definitely my favorite bum. He thought everyone was from Chicago and he would yell at them to "go back to Hell where you came from, with all the gays and queers". He would also randomly scream "FUCK YOU CHICAGO" at the top of his lungs.
One time I heard him yell about how Chicago was so shitty the Mafia packed up and moved to Philly.
